Most people who don't have health insurance can not afford to purchase and will continue to be subsidized by taxpayers. People who in the past chose not to buy will do one of two things. Refuse to purchase and pay for any good result in prison which will add the cost to the taxpayer or they will use insurance to their best advantage. If I am required to buy health insurance then it is certain that I will get my money's worth. Have savings to You any good. There are ignorant enough to pay for insurance and not use it to provide much in savings. I Guese is that adding 10 million new users probably will increase the cost of the system of insurance for everyone and You will still pay through taxes for subsidized 20 million which in poverty levels.
Everyone is fighting over who gets the money. No matter one that really gets health care.
